Hajia was only green broke when we bought him. But he is a very kind horse and took care of me. Our first trail ride was at Pedernales Falls. For most of the way I was alone with Hajia onthe trail. I did not have a mobile phone in those days and had no choice as to trust him. And of course he returned me safely like always.

Hajia is difficult to photograph. He gets his nose right in front of the camera.
